Our 8 steps approach to building your dream home
1. Sign Contract
To initiate the homebuilding process, a contract is signed and a 5% deposit is collected, with any prior payments accounted for.
2. Site Cut
The construction journey begins with Unicasa Homes preparing the site, positioning the house, excavating the land, and laying the concrete slab along with installing essential underground services.
3. Framing
Progressing to the frame stage, we construct the structural elements, walls, roof trusses, and floor joists for double-storey homes.
4. Lock up
Moving forward, the lock-up phase involves the installation of external doors, windows, brickwork, and roofing to secure your home against the elements.
5. Fixing
During the fixing stage, the interior takes form with wall linings, doors, architraves, skirting boards, kitchen, vanities, and the construction of staircases in double-storey homes.
6. Completion
Completion entails adding the final touches to your home, encompassing cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, tapware, tiling, flooring, appliances, driveway, and landscaping. We meticulously prepare your home for your move-in and conduct a thorough inspection with you before handover, addressing any concerns promptly.
7. Handover
At the handover stage, we cordially welcome you to your new abode, providing all essential items, including the certificate of occupancy, keys, appliance manuals, and home maintenance guides for a smooth transition.
8. After Sales Maintenance
Following the first three months of residing in your new home, our maintenance team is available to address any defects identified through your submission, scheduling inspections and repairs promptly for your satisfaction.
